In the past, laser welding machines were widely used for welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum alloys.

Currently, copper welding has become a new application for laser welding machines, enabling welding of different materials such as copper and stainless steel. Furthermore, it achieves excellent welding performance across different materials.

Pre- or post-weld cleaning of welds is a common application to improve weld performance and surface quality.

Lamp body design and protective lens insertion design

During welding and laser cutting, particularly with highly reflective materials such as aluminum alloys and carbon steel, more sputtering occurs.

The inserted protective lens can be easily replaced by the operator or during routine maintenance, providing maximum protection for the internal mirror from focusing, reflection, and collimation.

To switch from laser welding to laser cutting, simply replace the welding nozzle with a cutting nozzle.

If you need to switch from laser welding/cutting to laser cleaning, you can directly switch to metal stripping by simply changing the focusing mirror insertion tool and cleaning nozzle.

Cutting stainless steel is easy; it can cut straight lines, curves, and any other shape, and can cut steel from 0 to 40 mm thick.
